Elektropostal
In 2021, the organisers of Elektropostal approached us. Elektropostal are the pioneers in electric aviation and aim to create a new era for the air. They launched their 2021 edition by flying 3 electric planes from Payerne, Switzerland to the south of France and then Spain for 2 weeks with several stops along the way. On one of these stops the airfield had a very weak grid and could not repower 3 planes in the time necessary for the project to succeed. We deployed a Nano Pod with battery storage and a special charging unit to deliver enough power. It was a great success and honor to be part of this exciting adventure alongside explorer, doctor-psychiatrist and president of the Solarimpulse Foundation Bertrand Piccard and Prince Albert of Monaco.
