In the event of a dispute arising from the present pre-contractual or contractual relationship, the Parties undertake, prior to any legal action, to consult each other to seek an amicable solution.

 

In accordance with the legislation in force, the User has the possibility, in the event of a dispute, to resort to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative means of settling a dispute.

 

In the absence of an amicable agreement between the Parties at the end of one of these procedures and within a period of sixty (60) working days, the dispute shall be submitted to the French courts; the competent court shall be that of the jurisdiction of the PARAGON MOBILITY head office.
